The son and father team of Spencer and Alma Hansen have more than 42 years of combined experience in the hard money and mortgage business. Alma is one of the owners of Capital Assets Financial Services, which long served as a leading hard money lender in Utah for over 40 years and Spencer served as a VP at Capital Assets for 12 years.
